The School of Nursing gives students the tools and ties to succeed. Outstanding faculty, new simulation laboratories and technological applications — electronic health records, handheld personal digital assistants and innovative applications — make our classrooms top-flight learning laboratories. Clinical affiliations with academic medical centers, such as Dartmouth-Hitchcock and the University of Vermont Medical Center, community hospitals and clinical sites let our students put lessons into practice in real-world environments.
Our fully online registered-nurse-to-Bachelor of Science in Nursing program also prepares nurses for the future, deepening their knowledge, sharpening their leadership and exploring the evidence-based practices to best serve patients and communities.
We’ll challenge you to provide optimum quality and valued patient care in complex health care systems. We have on-campus and online programs that lead to Bachelor of Science degrees in nursing and eligibility to take the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN). Afterward, we have programs to help you earn an online Master of Science in Nursing and Post-Master’s Certificate in Nursing.
